Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have managed finance operations at a senior level, preferably as a CFO, Finance Head, or equivalent, with strong exposure to infrastructure, construction, engineering, or equipment rental businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Finance & Accounts department and oversee end-to-end accounting operations.

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial analysis.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.

- Manage project accounting, contract accounting, and cost control for infrastructure projects.

- Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, banking relationships, and working capital.

- Lead internal, statutory, tax, and compliance audits.





- Develop financial policies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

- Present financial performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.

- Mentor and develop the finance team while driving process improvements.

Required Skills

- Robust leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

- Expertise in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and compliance.

- Experience with ERP systems, Tally, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.

- Prior experience in infrastructure, EPC, construction, manufacturing, or equipment rental industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
