Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in core and elective management subjects (e.g., Marketing, Finance, HR, Strategy, Operations, Entrepreneurship, etc.).

- Design and update course curriculum in line with industry and academic trends.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, case studies, simulations, and experiential learning tools.
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
- Conduct independent and team-oriented research in management and allied areas.
- Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
- Present papers at academic conferences and seminars.
- Guide Ph.D. scholars and M.Phil. dissertations.
- Contribute to departmental planning, academic committees, and institutional policies.
- Play an active role in accreditation, rankings, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with industry for guest lectures, live projects, consultancy, and research funding.
