Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics/ EEE/ Computer Science
3-6 years of experience in automotive Verification and Validation activities including functional testing
Description: HI Commissioning
Responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of dSPACE Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems to support software and system validation activities
- Deploy and configure dSPACE HIL systems (SCALEXIO).
- Perform bench setup, wiring, signal mapping, and hardware integration.
- Bring up current HIL test benches and ensure readiness for verification activities.
- Configure I/O interfaces including CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay, and Analog/Digital signals.
- Integrate Simulink/Plant models into the HIL environment.
- Configure RTI, ConfigurationDesk, ControlDesk, and AutomationDesk.
- Load and validate ECU software releases on HIL systems.
- Enable CI/CD integration for automated verification.
Roles and Responsibilities Under direct supervision, works on the architecture and applied knowledge of coding an electronic microcontroller or components and ensure product works to specification. Assists in coding, testing, and debugging software or making enhancements to existing software . Writes programs according to specifications from higher level staff or Technical team.
