Run consultation based sales calls with women who are interested in our Root Cause Endometriosis Program and enroll the ones it's right for. You get warm enquiries, a high-value program, and incentives on top of fixed pay. We're hiring 20 closers.
"Closers" not sales people.
Compensation: ₹25,000/ month base + 85k to 2L performance-linked incentives.
Every closer in team earns above 85k per month after training.
What you'll do:
- Run consultations with women who have enquired, by phone, video and WhatsApp
- Qualify properly: symptoms, what they've tried, and budget.
- Present what the program does and what it doesn't.
- Follow up, and close the women it fits.
You'll do well here if:
- You're motivated by earnings you control
- You listen before you pitch
- You can discuss periods,
pain and fertility calmly
- You ask for the decision without flinching
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in High Ticket Sales.
Languages: English and Hindi.
Lived experience with endometriosis, chronic pain is welcome, never required.
Training and growth:
- 3 weeks of stipend paid training, including endometriosis basics and sales mastery from our internal team and SOPs.
- Growth path: Discussed during interview.
