Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain enterprise-grade UI features using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Contribute to micro-frontend architecture and shared UI patterns.
- Collaborate with backend teams on microservices API design to ensure cohesive, reliable end-to-end functionality.
- Create and maintain reusable component libraries and associated Storybook documentation.
- Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and scalability across modern browsers.
- Implement secure authentication patterns including SSO and JWT-based flows.
- Apply solid engineering standards: clean code, code reviews, and alignment with OOP/SOLID principles.
- Implement robust unit and integration tests and maintain quality through code scanning and remediation.
- Work within Agile (Scrum) delivery using JIRA and documentation in Confluence/Wiki.
- Provide day-to-day technical guidance and support to team members (where acting in a lead capacity.

________________________________________ Required skills & experience (must-have)
- 8+ years developing enterprise applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Good working knowledge of micro-frontends.
- Strong grasp of front-end engineering fundamentals:



OOP, SOLID, and modern UI design patterns.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, SPA, and SSG concepts.
- Experience in UI performance optimization (profiling, rendering optimization, bundle size, caching strategies).
- Experience creating/using custom component libraries and Storybook.
- Experience implementing SSO and JWT-based authentication/authorization patterns.
- Working knowledge of containers and deployment concepts: Docker / Kubernetes.
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent attention to detail; able to deliver iteratively and independently.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills (written and spoken).
- Experience running code scanning tools and resolving coding standard / code quality findings.
- Experience with programmatic unit testing and integration testing.
- Comfortable working with Agile (Scrum) and collaboration tooling: JIRA and Confluence/Wiki.

- Knowledge of Risk & Compliance domain and regulatory demands, ideally in Model Risk Management.
- Experience with WebSockets and/or SSE.
