JOB PURPOSE :

The main purpose of the Cake Helper assists in the daily operations of cake production, including preparation, packaging and maintaining hygiene standards. This job role advantages the company by supporting to achieve the smooth functioning of production. This role support bakers and machine operators to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

1.CORE JOB AREA & JOB REPOSIBILITIES

Assisting

-Assist bakers in measuring, mixing and preparing ingredients for cake production.

-Assist in labelling and stacking packed goods for delivery or storage.

Reporting

-Report any machinery issues or product defects to the supervisor.

-Report all the results to senior staff and work as part of a team to meet daily targets.

Hygiene

-Manage of waste properly and follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

-Pack finished products according to company standards for quality and hygiene.

2. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE





-High School Certification

-Experience in a food production environment.

3. SKILLS / BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

- Good team work and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fit and able to lift, move and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Willingness to wear protective gear such as gloves, aprons and hairnets.
