Job Descriptions:
HELPDESK
Job Purpose:
Handle inbound international voice calls and provide end-to-end customer support, resolving queries efficiently while maintaining key performance metrics such as AHT, Quality and NPS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve service, billing and account-related queries.
- Provide professional and courteous customer support to an international customer base.
- Navigate CRM and other systems while maintaining accurate customer information.
- Handle complaints and difficult customer interactions effectively.
- Make outbound calls when required by the process.
- Meet defined KPIs/KRAs including AHT, Quality and NPS.
US Healthcare Voice Key Skills Required:-
Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written)
Voice process exp in the previous Roles, Good Typing skills
24 / 7 setting including Nightshift and weekends
Good to have :-
Experience in Core Customer (International Voice)Support Projects
Hands-on experience in International voice Process
