Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS on desktops and laptops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and support approved software applications.
- Identify, log, troubleshoot, and resolve software and technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN/network connectivity and related desktop issues.
- Monitor and resolve antivirus installation, update, and failure issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows patching, connectivity, and update-related failures.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
