Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive with experience in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should understand healthcare marketing sensitivities, patient-centric communication, and platform-specific strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and handle social media accounts for healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, doctors).

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.

- Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and stories.

- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives.

- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant strategies.

- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred).

- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.





- Ensure all content follows healthcare compliance and brand guidelines.

- Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and queries professionally.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (healthcare preferred).

- Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.

- Experience in running Meta Ads campaigns is a plus.

- Strong communication and content writing skills.

- Basic understanding of healthcare marketing ethics and compliance.

- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with hospitals or healthcare brands.

- Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling tools.

- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics is a plus).
