Job Summary

Eros Technologies is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with 1–3 years of hands-on experience exclusively in US healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals for US-based clients and a solid understanding of the US healthcare staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare clients, from sourcing candidates through onboarding.
- Source qualified healthcare professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit for positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare roles.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements, qualifications, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US healthcare clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
- Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, work authorization, and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment activity in the ATS/database.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates within required timelines.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, onboarding,



and joining formalities.
- Meet defined recruitment targets, submission goals, interview ratios, and placement objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare recruitment is mandatory.
- Candidates must have exclusively worked on US healthcare clients/projects.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing and recruitment process.
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals for hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, staffing agencies, or similar organizations.
- Familiarity with US healthcare job requirements, licenses, certifications, and candidate credentialing.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a US night shift environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with US staffing firms or healthcare staffing clients.
- Familiarity with different US healthcare specialties and staffing requirements.
- Experience working with ATS/recruitment CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
