At ICG Medical, we’re looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us continue our mission of Improving Patient Care.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing relationships and revenue within your region while delivering a high-quality recruitment service to both candidates and clients.
?What you’ll be doing:
•Source current Life Science professionals through referrals, database mining, social media and proactive outreach.
•Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and manage your recruitment pipeline.
•Keep candidate records, availability and notes accurate and up to date.
•Proactively resolve candidate queries and support candidates throughout their journey.
•Source new candidates while nurturing relationships with our existing nursing workforce.
•Work closely with Compliance, Sales and Payroll teams.
•Conduct follow-up calls after a candidate’s first shift to ensure high service levels.
•Carry out welfare calls and promote an excellent candidate experience.
•Develop and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities to maximize business growth.
•Take ownership of pipeline management and contribute towards regional targets.
?What we’re looking for:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•1 - 2 years experience pharmaceutical
•A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates.
•Confidence working US shifts.
•Comfortable working from the office.
•A proactive, results-oriented approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
