KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer/patient-related queries professionally
- Process and maintain information accurately
- Follow defined quality and compliance standards
- Resolve queries within agreed timelines
- Maintain high levels of customer service and process accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Healthcare / International BPO experience preferred
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if applicable
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
