About the Role

We are looking for a Healthcare Product Research & Hospital Partnerships Associate to help us understand real-world hospital workflows, identify meaningful healthcare problems, and work directly with doctors and hospitals to shape healthcare products.

This is a non-technical role focused on healthcare research, product discovery, user engagement, and hospital relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research to understand hospital and clinical workflows across OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, Surgery, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Discharge, and Follow-up.
- Interview doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and administrators to understand their daily challenges and workflow pain points.
- Visit hospitals and observe real-world clinical and administrative workflows.
- Document recurring problems, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify potential areas where AI and digital solutions could improve healthcare workflows.
- Map patient and clinical journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in identifying hospitals and healthcare professionals for research and potential pilot programmes.
- Conduct healthcare market and competitor research.
- Prepare research reports, interview summaries, workflow documents, and product recommendations.
- Work closely with the product and leadership teams to translate research findings into product opportunities.

First 30 Days
- Understand the healthcare product vision and research objectives.
- Learn key hospital departments and clinical workflows.
- Identify healthcare stakeholders and hospitals for research.
- Prepare interview questionnaires and research frameworks.
- Begin speaking with doctors and healthcare professionals.




- Participate in hospital visits and workflow observations.
- Document key pain points and recurring challenges.
- Identify initial opportunities for AI and digital solutions.
- Present initial findings to the leadership team.

Requirements

Essential

- 01 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening and interviewing skills.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about healthcare.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable speaking with doctors, healthcare professionals, and hospital staff.
- Willingness to travel to hospitals across Kochi and surrounding areas.
- Ability to document and present research findings clearly.

Preferred
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Internship or experience in healthcare, hospitals, consulting, research, product management, or business analysis.
- Exposure to healthcare or hospital environments.
- Experience conducting interviews, surveys, user research, or market research.
- Interest in healthcare technology and AI.
- Existing connections with healthcare professionals or hospitals.

Technical/software development experience is not required.

Field Visit Allowances

Travel and food allowances for approved hospital and field visits will be provided by the company.

Someone who is curious, confident, analytical, and comfortable talking to people.

You don't need to be a healthcare expert or a technical expert. You need to be willing to go into hospitals, speak to doctors, ask the right questions, understand their problems, and turn those conversations into meaningful insights.
