ARRO Physio is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic focused on providing professional physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, spine care, and pain management services.

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Healthcare Marketing & Clinic Coordinator who can manage both offline marketing activities and day-to-day clinic coordination.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with patients, organizing community health camps, coordinating with societies and local organizations, and supporting the clinic's marketing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffline Marketing & Patient Acquisition

- Plan and coordinate weekly physiotherapy camps and awareness activities in residential societies, gyms, corporates, schools, and local communities.
- Coordinate with RWA/society managers, gym owners, corporate HR teams, schools, and local organizations for camps and collaborations.
- Generate new patient enquiries through offline marketing activities.
- Distribute promotional material and coordinate local marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a database of leads generated through camps and other activities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into clinic appointments.
- Track the performance of different marketing activities.

Clinic Coordination
- Handle incoming patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Explain clinic services, consultation process, timings, and appointment procedures to patients.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Follow up with new enquiries and missed appointments.
- Maintain proper patient enquiry and follow-up records.
- Coordinate between patients, physiotherapists, and the clinic team.
- Ensure a smooth and skilled patient experience.




- Assist with basic day-to-day administrative activities at the clinic.

Reporting
- Maintain weekly records of:
- Number of camps conducted
- Leads generated
- Patient enquiries
- Appointments booked
- Patients converted
- Follow-ups
- Prepare a simple weekly marketing and patient acquisition report.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, clinic coordination, sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with patients and potential customers.
- Good knowledge of Noida/Society/RWA and local community marketing will be an advantage.
- Comfortable visiting residential societies and other locations for marketing activities.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, and social media.
- Should be organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple activities.
- Candidates from healthcare, physiotherapy, fitness, wellness, diagnostics, or similar industries will be preferred.
