Healthcare Customer Service Executive / Patient Care Coordinator

Progenesis IVF is a growing fertility healthcare organization focused on providing patient-centric IVF and reproductive healthcare services.

We are looking for Healthcare Customer Service Executives / Patient Care Coordinators to join our team at Thane HQ. Candidates with good communication skills and a customer-focused approach are encouraged to apply. Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and prospective patients.
- Assist patients with enquiries related to IVF consultations, treatments, appointments, and services.
- Coordinate and schedule teleconsultations and doctor appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, treatment enquiries, and pending responses.
- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and internal teams to ensure smooth patient communication.
- Handle patients who have shown interest in IVF packages but have not continued with the treatment, and understand their concerns.
- Follow up with patients regarding lapsed/inactive treatment packages and assist them with the next steps.
- Maintain accurate patient information and interaction details in CRM/software.




- Provide timely responses and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Escalate patient concerns or service-related issues to the concerned team.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and patient engagement targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Marathi communication is mandatory.
- Hindi and English communication will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls.
- Patient, empathetic, and qualified while interacting with patients.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/software.
- Candidates from Healthcare Customer Service, Telecalling, BPO, Patient Coordination, Front Desk, Telemedicine, or Counselling backgrounds will be preferred.
