Wellness Home is looking for a hands-on Healthcare Operations & Growth Manager to take ownership of day-to-day clinic operations, patient experience, team management, CRM, follow-ups, sales coordination and marketing execution.

This is a leadership role in a growing specialist clinic, ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes and driving measurable growth rather than working only within a large corporate setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning

- Develop, implement and monitor SOPs and operational processes
- Supervise and manage the clinic team
- Monitor KPIs, MIS and overall operational performance
- Oversee patient experience, coordination and service quality
- Manage CRM, leads and patient follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for business growth
- Support marketing execution and local growth initiatives
- Track enquiries,



conversions and follow-up performance
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
- Prepare regular performance reports for management
- Take ownership of operational efficiency and growth targets

Ideal Candidate

- 7–12+ years of experience in hospital, clinic, diagnostics, rehabilitation or wellness operations

- Strong experience in team management, SOPs, KPIs and MIS
- Experience with CRM, patient coordination and follow-ups
- Understanding of sales coordination and healthcare business growth
- Solid communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
