Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to healthcare insurance services.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding policies, claims, and services.
- Resolve customer issues through calls, emails, and other support channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and queries.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Healthcare Customer Support.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare insurance processes.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
