Role Description The Health Coach role at Elevate Now is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Health

Coach will work directly with clients to design and guide personalized weight loss and wellness plans aligned with doctor-led protocols. Daily responsibilities include conducting health assessments, providing one-on-one coaching sessions, monitoring progress, and adjusting nutrition and lifestyle recommendations as needed.

Coach will educate clients on healthy habits, offer motivational support,



and maintain explicit records of client interactions and outcomes. Collaboration with medical staff and other team members is essential to ensure safe, effective, and consistent client care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Nutrition and Weight Management to design and support evidence-based health plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Wellness Coaching and Coaching to deliver structured guidance and motivational support.
- Candidates should possess skills in Health & Wellness to promote holistic, sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Relevant degree or certification in nutrition, dietetics, health coaching, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Experience working in clinical or wellness settings and familiarity with doctor-led programs is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
