Key Responsibilities
- Process health insurance claims accurately and within defined timelines.
- Review claim information, member details, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Validate claim details against applicable health insurance policies and process guidelines.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and take appropriate action.
- Update and maintain accurate claim information in the relevant systems.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written.
- Valuable comprehension and active listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Eligibility
- Freshers with any graduation can apply.
- B.Sc IT and Engineering graduates are not eligible.
- Candidates with good English communication and strong attention to detail are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the MDC7 office and in the assigned shift.
