- Develop and execute the enterprise-wide quality strategy across manufacturing operations and the supplier network.

- Lead Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, and Warranty functions.
- Drive reduction in defects, warranty claims, and overall cost of poor quality.
- Strengthen quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.
- Champion root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive quality programs.
- Partner with Engineering, R&D;, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve product and process quality.
- Lead supplier development initiatives and vendor quality improvement programs.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing quality leadership teams.
- Establish governance mechanisms and quality performance reviews to ensure sustained improvements.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 18+ years of progressive experience in Quality leadership within Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering, Mobility, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Deep expertise in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, Warranty Management, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong track record of leading large-scale quality transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing senior leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
