We are looking for an experienced Head – Quality &

- Sourcing to lead Current Product Development (NPD), product enhancement, sourcing, vendor management, quality, and cost optimization for kitchen and home appliances.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end NPD, product upgrades, sampling, costing and launches.

- Drive sourcing strategy across India &
- China

and manage OEM/ODM vendors.

- Lead Quality Assurance, supplier audits, CAPA and regulatory compliance.

- Analyze customer reviews, complaints and returns to drive product improvements.

- Develop and implement SOPs, MIS dashboards, vendor scorecards and quality systems.

- Drive BOM cost optimization, value engineering and margin improvement.

- Lead and mentor Sourcing, Quality and Product Development teams.

- Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for new SKUs and product enhancements.

Requirements

- 15+ years of relevant experience in Kitchen &
- Home Appliances industry – mandatory

- Strong experience in product development, sourcing, manufacturing and quality.

- Hands-on exposure to India &

- China sourcing ecosystems

.

- Proven experience in vendor development, cost optimization and quality improvement.

- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing senior teams and cross-functional functions.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
