About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head – Process Excellence to drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and project management excellence across our luxury residential real estate business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying process gaps, streamlining workflows, implementing industry best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires strong experience in civil engineering, construction, real estate, and process excellence, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Define target processes, objectives, and KPIs across business functions.
- Map and analyse existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste and improve quality.




- Optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and innovative process solutions.
- Align organizational culture and processes with business strategy.
- Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality or customer experience.
- Improve quality standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop operational excellence strategies to strengthen competitive advantage.
- Provide data driven insights and recommendations to support management decision making.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee project teams to ensure accountability and performance.
- Optimize sales processes to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Manage due diligence activities and support contract negotiations.
- Establish and enforce project management methodologies, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and delivery milestones.
- Implement AI enabled process tools and digital solutions where relevant.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Candidates from reputed institutions such as IIT, BITS, VJTI, NICMAR, or equivalent institutes are preferred.
- 12–15 years of total qualified experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, and/or real estate,



with significant experience in Process Excellence.
- Proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of process excellence, Lean principles, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent understanding of real estate project lifecycles and construction operations.
- Expertise in project planning, governance, risk management, cost control, and quality management.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
- Experience in process mapping, SOP development, KPI management, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies applicable to real estate.
- Experience in delivering luxury residential, villa, or bungalow projects.
- Familiarity with AI enabled process tools, automation, dashboards, and data analytics.
- Experience in sales process optimization, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
