We are hiring a Head - Corporate Communications & Public Relations to lead PR, media relations, internal communications, and leadership positioning for a leading Asset Management Company.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute PR and Corporate Communications strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage proactive and reactive media relations, including media queries, interviews, press releases, and external communications.
- Drive strategic positioning of the company and senior leadership as industry thought leaders through relevant media platforms.
- Identify and leverage newsworthy opportunities across business, products, people, and industry developments.
- Develop and manage the annual/quarterly PR and communications calendar, ensuring consistency of key messages.
- Partner with Marketing and Business teams to align communication initiatives with short- and long-term business objectives.
- Lead internal communications across employee platforms,



events, and organizational initiatives in partnership with HR.
- Support group-level PR initiatives and communication platforms, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.
- Build strong third-party endorsements and external visibility through strategic PR initiatives.
- Contribute to developing and strengthening the organization's PR pillars, communication platforms, and corporate brand positioning.

Preferred candidate profile:- Experience in Corporate Communications / PR, preferably within BFSI, Asset Management, Banking and Financial Services.

Robust relationships with business and financial media and experience in senior leadership profiling.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
