Role Summary

Lead the organization’s overall direction, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into clear goals, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes.

Provide strong leadership, sound judgment, and governance to guide enterprise-wide decisions and long-term growth.

Drive alignment across functions, strengthen accountability, and ensure the organization remains focused on impact, performance, and sustainable progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and communicate the organization’s strategic priorities and long-term direction.
- Translate business objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead enterprise-wide coordination to align stakeholders, dependencies, and execution.
- Oversee performance against goals, identify risks early, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Establish effective governance, review mechanisms, and decision-making forums.
- Provide clear,



concise updates and leadership insights to support informed decisions.
- Strengthen accountability, follow-through, and closure of key actions across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve operating effectiveness, processes, and business impact.
