About the Role:

We are looking for a Head of Operations to own and lead day-to-day operational excellence across all hospitals and services. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience and must have led operations in an early-stage startup or a healthcare setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Hospital Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations across all hospitals by leading clinic managers

- Oversee operations of vet home visits including dispatch schedules, travel challenges, equipment & medicine availability, and inventory planning

- Lead inpatient (IPD) operational management across hospitals

2.

Customer

Experience &

- Process Control:

- Ensure smooth customer experience through accurate billings, timely health updates, shift scheduling, and clinic inventory management

- Take ownership of clinic P&L;

- Build and optimise operational processes for high reliability and consistency

3. Data, Reporting &
- Decision Support:

- Prepare, track, and share timely & accurate clinic-level data with relevant teams

- Enable analytics and qualitative decision-making through structured reporting and parameters

4. SOP Creation &
- Compliance

- Create, implement & improve SOPs across clinics covering treatments, billings, reporting, customer communication, procurement, housekeeping, asset management, and data management





- Monitor execution and ensure adherence to all SOPs across hospitals and home visits

5. Resource &
- Inventory Management

- Plan staffing & resource allocation across clinics and home visits for smooth functioning

- Ensure optimum stock of medicines, consumables, and equipment at all sites

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in hospitals, retail outlets, hospitality, or service-based industries
