About the Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker and execution-oriented Head Training & Development Officer to build and lead our enterprise-wide healthcare talent development and workforce-readiness vertical. This is a unique opportunity to create a scalable talent pipeline from the inception and shape the future of our healthcare workforce.

The primary mandate is to ensure we have the right talent, with the right skills, trained to the highest standards, ready to support the commissioning and seamless operations of our upcoming, state-of-the-art healthcare infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head, the incumbent will be the architect of our talent ecosystem. He/She will develop and lead an integrated Healthcare Academy that will serve as the engine for generating a world-class clinical and technical workforce. This involves leveraging our existing medical and nursing institutions and forging strategic partnerships with leading domestic and international organizations.

- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide strategy to create a multi-year manpower pipeline for doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and technical staff.
- Lead the conceptualization, establishment, and operationalization of an integrated Healthcare Academy, defining its operating model, curriculum, and governance.
- Transform our existing academic institutions in healthcare domain into principal talent-generation hubs for our future healthcare facilities.




- Establish and manage a robust network of domestic and international training partnerships with leading academic centers in healthcare domain, hospital systems, and specialty organizations.
- Create a predictable talent funnel from education and training to competency enhancement leading to certification and career progression.
- Ensure all training programs embed digital capabilities, preparing the workforce for technology-enabled healthcare infrastructure (including next-gen EMRs, AI-enabled healthcare, and virtual care).
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure workforce readiness for upcoming healthcare facilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Experience: 15-25 years of qualified experience, primarily in the business entity consisting of large scale hospitals’ network or healthcare delivery environments. Significant experience in large, complex hospital systems and a background in healthcare education or workforce development is essential.
- Leadership: A leader with proven track record who is adapt at working hands-on across multiple campuses and is highly networked within the Indian and global healthcare ecosystems.
- Partnerships: Demonstrated ability to build and manage institutional partnerships, both domestically and internationally.
- Education: An ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualification in Medical Sciences or Healthcare Management.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker, execution focussed, digitally proficient, and willing to travel extensively to drive this critical initiative.
