About the client:

premium factual movie studio known for creating high-quality, non-fiction entertainment that captivates audiences worldwide.

What You Will Do:

- Studio & Pipeline Management: Own end-to-end post-production workflows, asset management, delivery pipelines, QC, and project schedules.
- Technical Deliveries: Manage OTT, theatrical, broadcast and YouTube deliverables, including codecs, colour, audio, subtitles and DCPs.
- External Coordination: Manage deliveries and relationships with OTTs, distributors, certification bodies,



international partners, clients and vendors.
- Editorial Leadership: Lead edits across films, documentaries, factual and digital content, from raw footage to final cuts, promos and short-form content.
- Team & Creative Management: Drive workflow improvements, resolve bottlenecks, mentor editors/designers, and collaborate with directors and creative leads.

What We Need:

- Minimum 7-8 years of professional editing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead editorial role
- Solid body of work in factual, documentary, or non-fiction content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; DaVinci Resolve is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, people, and timelines simultaneously
- Previous experience coordinating with external parties — distributors, clients, or co-production partners
