Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for an accomplished Sales Leader who comes from a Software Company with proven experience marketing and closing enterprise deals in Bandwidth Management Software , Enterprise Firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Aruba), AntiVirus / Endpoint Protection , or Network Monitoring Tools (NMS/OFC) .

Responsibilities

- Formulate and execute Netwalls nationwide software sales strategy targeting Tier-2/Tier-3 regional ISPs, WISPs, enterprise campuses, and universities.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the software sales executive team, establishing explicit revenue quotas, pipeline targets, and performance milestones.
- Drive C-level enterprise presentations and product demos for high-ticket software deployments (NetwallCentral, NetwallShield, and BNG software layers).
- Identify government tenders and large public procurement opportunities (PM-WANI projects, State Wi-Fi initiatives, PSU requirements like Coal India).
- Build and nurture a national channel of hardware distributors, ISP consultants,



and system integrators.

Required Skills Qualifications

- 5 to 10+ years of demonstrable B2B software sales leadership experience, with consistent track record of meeting revenue targets.
- In-depth domain familiarity with networking software products: Bandwidth Management, Firewalls, Antivirus, or Network Monitoring Tools (NMS) .
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication, executive negotiation, and commercial contract closure capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical network features (QoS, RADIUS, MikroTik API) into compelling business value for ISP owners and CIOs.
