We are looking for an experienced Head – Quality Control to lead our Quality team and ensure consistent quality across incoming materials, injection moulding, finished products, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall Quality Control activities and quality team.
- Ensure products meet customer drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Control rejection, rework and customer complaints.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
- Handle customer quality issues, audits and inspections.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, inspection standards and records.
- Work closely with Production,
Tool Room and R&D; teams for process and product improvement.
- Drive reduction in internal and customer rejection.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Plastics, Polymer, Quality or related field.
- Relevant experience in Quality Control, preferably in plastic injection moulding/manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods, measuring instruments, RCA, CAPA and 7 QC tools.
- Positive leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
