Qualifications

Must-Have:

- 12+ years in software quality engineering, with demonstrated leadership experience as a QA Lead, Manager, or Head of QA.
- Fierce, demonstrated advocate for test automation with a track record of significantly expanding coverage footprints across complex distributed systems.
- Hands-on expertise designing up-to-date automation frameworks from scratch across both backend (APIs, microservices, databases) and frontend (web/SPA interfaces).
- Strong experience with API automation tools and test suites (REST, gRPC, WebSockets) and UI automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
- Deep understanding of embedding automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to establish strict deployment guardrails.




- Strong technical acumen in analyzing distributed system failures, race conditions, and integration bottlenecks.

Good-to-Have

- Exposure to VoIP/telecom quality validation, such as audio fidelity metrics (MOS scores), SIP signaling verification, or call quality testing.
- Experience implementing contract testing (e.g., Pact) and chaos engineering practices.
- Background operating in environments aligned with enterprise security or data protection standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
