About the role

You are the single owner of the product on our flagship client accounts. The founder explains the vision once. You make every screen, flow, design and release live up to it, so he never has to check it himself.

What you will do

- Own the whole experience: how the brand shows up in the product, the websites, onboarding flows, checkout, user portals, admin tools, and every message a customer receives.

- Set and hold the quality bar. The reference is the best consumer brands in the world.

- Direct designers, conversion consultants and external development teams. Brief them, review their work, and send it back until it is right, before it reaches the founder.

- Walk every flow and every branch. Write the requirements. Accept or reject every release. Run final testing and manage the QA analyst.

- Own the compliance checklist with our legal and regulatory advisers, and enforce it on every screen.

- Own the roadmap and the launch plan. Work with the technical lead on delivery and dates.

- Send the founder one page a week: what shipped, what is slipping,



and the decisions you need from him.

- Take on product ownership for further client accounts, including AI products, as the portfolio grows.

What you must have

- 7+ years in product, including 3+ leading a consumer app, D2C or healthtech product.

- You have built a product from scratch and launched it.

- Real design taste. You can critique a screen down to the spacing, and you are fluent in Figma.

- Experience managing agencies or outside vendors and getting great work out of them.

- Experience with a regulated product (health, finance, insurance).

- Exceptional written English.
