What you'll do

- Own product strategy and roadmap across client projects

- Set the design direction and quality bar for everything 360 Labs ships

- Translate client goals into product requirements, then into interfaces and experiences that actually work

- Work hands-on in design tools, not just reviewing other people's work

- Partner directly with engineers to make sure design intent survives implementation

- Build lightweight product processes that fit a small, fast-moving team, not enterprise-style overhead

- Represent product and design thinking directly to clients

What we're looking for

Experience

- 4+ years in a product role, ideally with real design ownership, not just product management
- A genuine design background, including study of design theory and philosophy, not only tool proficiency
- A strong portfolio showing practical work: products or interfaces you've designed that shipped and were used

Design and product judgment

- Deep understanding of the "why" of design i.e. theory, aesthetics, and philosophy, and the "how" i.e. usability, interaction design, and visual craft
- An eye for what makes a product feel considered rather than merely functional





- Comfort moving between big picture product strategy and small detail, like spacing, type, and copy

AI-native mindset (essential)

- You already use AI tools daily across research, design, writing, and prototyping

- You can prompt, guide, and critically evaluate AI output, in both product thinking and design work

- Curiosity about how AI changes what's possible in product and design, not just how it speeds up existing work

How you work

- Strong ownership: you care about outcomes, not just deliverables

- Clear, confident communication with engineers, clients, and leadership

- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you'll shape the process rather than follow one

- Able to manage your own time and priorities, especially in a remote setup

Nice to have

- Formal education or reliable independent study in design, such as a degree, or deep self-study of design history and theory

- Experience designing AI-native or AI-powered products specifically

- Prior work in a startup, agency, or consultancy setting
