Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the PPC team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Oversee and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms such as Meta and Progmatic
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends.




- Drive improvements in ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale paid media’s contribution to overall revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UK & India) to align PPC with broader marketing and business goals.
- Utilise advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to inform data-driven decisions and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- 10-15 years of hands-on PPC management experience, ideally with UK or international e-commerce exposure.
- Proven track record of driving growth, optimising campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred); Google Ads or similar certifications a plus.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising, and PPC tools.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working with global teams and adapting strategies for different markets.
