Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and spiritually mature leader to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Prayer Tower Ministry across India. The role involves overseeing Prayer Tower operations, developing ministry teams, strengthening prayer and outreach initiatives, and ensuring consistent ministry standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all Prayer Towers across India.
- Develop and implement plans for Prayer Tower ministry expansion and growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and ministry activities of Prayer Towers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Area Mission Managers, Prayer Tower Managers, Prayer Intercessors, and ministry teams.
- Establish and monitor ministry goals, performance standards, and operational processes.
- Strengthen relationships with churches, Christian institutions, ministry leaders, and local communities.
- Plan and coordinate city-level and national prayer initiatives, outreach programs, and ministry events.
- Develop and implement training programs for Prayer Tower teams in prayer, counseling, ministry, leadership, and outreach.
- Monitor Prayer Tower activities through regular reports, reviews, data analysis, and field visits.
- Identify ministry opportunities and develop strategies for Prayer Tower expansion and community engagement.
- Ensure effective coordination between Prayer Towers and other departments.
- Provide guidance and support in prayer, counseling, conflict resolution, and ministry-related matters.
- Oversee volunteer engagement and development of local ministry networks.
- Support fundraising, budgeting, and responsible resource management for Prayer Tower activities.
- Leverage digital platforms and media to strengthen prayer engagement and ministry outreach.
- Travel regularly across India to visit Prayer Towers, review operations, meet teams,



and support ministry initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and strategic updates for senior leadership.
- Ensure that Prayer Tower activities remain aligned with the organization's vision, mission, values, and ministry standards.

- Strong Christian faith and spiritual maturity.
- Strong knowledge and experience in prayer ministry and Christian ministry leadership.
- Proven leadership experience in managing multiple teams/locations.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, ministry expansion, and execution.
- Excellent team mentoring, training, and people-management skills.
- Strong communication, public speaking, counseling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with churches, Christian institutions, ministry leaders, and communities.
- Positive understanding of data analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of fundraising, budgeting, and resource management.
- Ability to use digital platforms and social media for ministry outreach.
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Qualification & • Experience
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Theology, Christian Ministry, Leadership, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant ministry/leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple ministry locations or large teams will be preferred.
- Previous experience in Prayer Ministry, Church Ministry, Christian Organizations, or Mission Organizations is preferred.
