We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead and streamline the day-to-day operations of our PR agency.

? Location: Noida

? Experience: 5–6+ years of experience in a PR agency is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day agency operations
- Coordinate across PR, media relations, client servicing, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and quality of work
- Manage team performance, productivity, and internal processes
- Monitor client deliverables, deadlines, and campaign execution
- Develop and improve operational systems and processes
- Coordinate with senior management on business and operational requirements
- Handle team allocation, workload planning, and resource management




- Ensure effective communication between teams and management

What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 5–6+ years of experience in a PR agency

✔️ Solid understanding of PR agency operations and workflows

✔️ Excellent team management and coordination skills

✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

✔️ Ability to manage multiple teams, clients, and deadlines
