Role Summary The Operations Head will own end-to-end workspace operations, client delivery, and center profitability across Olsen Spaces portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong execution across workspace operations, facilities management, vendor & team management, and client experience in a fast-scaling managed office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Center Operations & P&L; Ownership

- Own day-to-day operations across all centers
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and cost optimization
- Ensure smooth functioning various functions in office services such as transport, housekeeping, security, office supplies, travel desk, cafeteria etc.
- Track and improve center-level profitability
- Managing end to end compliance of Cafeteria and Housekeeping. 2. Commercial Management
- Responsible for purchases pertaining to facility management, vendor management & payables.
- Creating a ready short listed vendor base for all services pertaining to facilities & infrastructure equipment.
- Saving costs by following best practices, processes & systems..

- Vendor & Project Management

- Build and manage a strong ecosystem of contractors, suppliers, and facility vendors




- Vendor negotiations & drawing up of RFPs & AMCs/SLAs with positive cost effective measures.
- Refurbishing offices & expansion projects within the stipulated budgets & timeframes.
- Office setup & expansion projects in close coordination with architects & consultants.

- Client Experience & Retention

- Own overall client lifecycle onboarding to ongoing experience
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and renewals
- Act as escalation point for key clients

Drive a premium, hospitality-led experience across centers
- Process & Systems Building

Set up scalable SOPs, MIS, and reporting frameworks

Bring operational discipline across locations

Leverage tools/tech for efficiency and visibility

Documenting & implementing processes & procedures for both soft & technical services with the view to improve & optimize service levels in all areas pertaining to facility management.

- Team Leadership

Manage and grow facility managers, housekeeping and ops teams

Drive accountability, performance, and culture

Hire and scale teams in line with expansion

Ideal Candidate Profile

8-15 years of experience in:

Managed workspaces / coworking

Commercial real estate / facilities

Hospitality / retail operations (premium experience-driven setups)

Strong exposure to

Multi-site operations management

Office fit-outs / project execution

Vendor and facilities management

Proven track record of

Scaling operations in a growing business

Driving P&L; ownership and cost efficiencies

Managing cross-functional stakeholders
