Role Overview

As we expand operations, we are looking to onboard a senior leadership profile — Head of Operations — to lead our Indore office.

This role demands a blend of team leadership, client strategy, digital understanding, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing large teams, driving monthly digital roadmaps for premium clients, and ensuring seamless execution with high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end agency operations, overseeing a team strength of 50+ members.
- Strategize and supervise digital marketing plans for premium hospitality and lifestyle brands.
- Act as the primary liaison for key clients,



ensuring relationship building and long-term account growth.
- Drive campaign planning, monthly reviews, and performance alignment across departments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skillset
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations / client servicing within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital branding trends, social media strategy, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in handling teams, processes, and premium client portfolios.
