Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Content & Campaign Velocity

- AI Tool Integration: Implement and oversee the daily operational use of Generative AI platforms—including Claude.ai, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Jasper.ai—to draft high-converting ad copies, SEO content briefs, and personalized email marketing sequences at scale.
- Creative Automation: Work closely with creative teams to leverage AI-assisted design and asset generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to quickly iterate and dynamic-test ad creatives across Meta, Google, and Pinterest.

1. Omni-Channel Growth Strategy & Execution

- Performance Marketing: Oversee the end-to-end strategy, scaling, and ROAS optimization for paid customer acquisition channels, primarily Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Organic Growth (SEO): Guide the SEO roadmap (Technical SEO, on-page optimization, backlink strategy)



using AI tools to quick-track keyword clustering and competitor content gap analysis.
- Marketplace Marketing: Maximize revenue, listing health, and ad-spend efficiencies (ACOS/TACOS) on global marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, and industry-specific luxury platforms.
- Retention & Lifecycle Marketing: Lead the Email and SMS marketing infrastructure, building advanced automation flows, hyper-granular segmentation strategies, and predictive loyalty programs to increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

1. Team Leadership, Data Analytics & Budget Allocation

- Build, mentor, and inspire an in-house team of channel specialists, training them to adopt an "AI-first" workflow to eliminate routine manual tasks.
- Establish standard tracking frameworks to monitor core marketing metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and blended marketing efficiency ratios (MER).

Deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly growth reports to executive leadership using advanced data analytics and visualization tools.
