We're hiring for a Head of Legal role with one of India's leading premium real estate developers.

Cadre / Designation: General Manager

Qualification

- LL.B. from a recognized university (mandatory)
- LL.M. preferred
- MBA or certification in Corporate Laws, Real Estate Laws, Arbitration, or Compliance preferred

Experience level (Yrs): 20-25 Years

Main Skill Set

- 15+ years of relevant experience in legal affairs within real estate focused in residential construction projects.
- Expertise in land acquisition, title due diligence, conveyancing, and project documentation
- Robust experience in contract management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, and also exposed to litigation and arbitration.
- Proven track record of advising leadership teams on legal and business risks
- Experience in dealing with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsels, ability to handled independently
