What you'll own

- Lead and manage the complete International Sales function
- Build, mentor & scale a high-performing sales team
- Set sales targets, track performance & drive monthly revenue
- Handle the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Take ownership of high-value client conversations and negotiations
- Develop sales strategies for international markets
- Monitor team KPIs, conversion rates & revenue performance
- Identify gaps in the sales process and implement practical solutions
- Work closely with management on growth plans and business expansion





We're looking for someone who has:
- 7–8+ years of strong experience in International Sales
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Website Development Sales
- Strong leadership & team-management skills
- Excellent negotiation and client-handling ability
- A strong understanding of international sales cycles
- Experience building and managing sales teams
- Ability to independently drive closures and revenue
- Solid communication, decision-making & problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment
