A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be the senior regional face of Infrastructure & Hub Services across Asia, connecting business priorities with secure, scalable global infrastructure products and strong local execution. You will work with Business Areas, Business Technology Teams, countries, factories, sites and global product owners to turn infrastructure demand into clear decisions, coordinated delivery, adoption and measurable value. Your day may move from an executive discussion on regional priorities, to resolving a service-impact issue, shaping a business case, aligning a site rollout or challenging a local technology exception.

You will protect business proximity while building one accountable, globally connected infrastructure organization that delivers locally.

How You’ll Make An Impact

- Lead the regional Partnering & Support operating model, bringing Hub and Business Area teams together around clear service standards, support quality, demand, compliance and stakeholder outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with senior business, IT, country, site, factory and Real Estate leaders, translating operational priorities and pain points into a focused regional infrastructure agenda and applicable local applications
- Own one transparent view of regional infrastructure demand, dependencies, capacity, funding and value as well as shape and challenge demand, agree priorities and route work to the right global product or service owner
- Orchestrate infrastructure solutions end to end, from ideation and business case through architecture, delivery, transition, adoption and advantages tracking
- Connect regional needs to global infrastructure roadmaps across workplace, network, data center, cloud, operations, orchestration, user equipment and support
- Protect service outcomes and regional execution by coordinating site readiness, deployment, change adoption, onsite support, TechBars, Service Desk engagement and major-incident communication
- Drive a global-first and reuse-first approach as well as simplify local infrastructure, suppliers, tools and technical variants, and prevent unjustified duplication or unmanaged shadow IT
- Ensuring regional decisions comply with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, risk, export-control, regulatory and IT/OT standards, escalate or stop delivery that breaches agreed guardrails as well as apply approved AI, data and automation capabilities where they improve infrastructure operations,

- Build a high-performing, distributed regional team with strong business acumen, infrastructure breadth, solution-orchestration capability, product thinking and governance discipline as well as maintain active user-support communities that connect Infrastructure & Hub Services, Business Areas, onsite support teams and service desk agents to share information and resolve issues
- Manage regional value, forecasts, capacity, vendors and partners with transparent commercial discipline and measurable outcomes

What You Bring

- Proven senior leadership experience with accountability for complex regional or global infrastructure outcomes, teams, services and portfolios in a large enterprise
- Credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders, with the judgement to translate operating priorities, value drivers and pain points into practical infrastructure outcomes
- Broad knowledge of cloud, data center and edge, network, workplace, operations, cybersecurity, service management and IT/OT considerations
- Experience shaping infrastructure demand, developing business cases and mobilizing solution architects and multidisciplinary teams from idea through adoption
- Experience working through global product and service owners, managing roadmaps and backlogs and balancing enterprise reuse with legitimate regional needs
- A track record of enforcing standards, managing risk and exceptions, simplifying technology landscapes and challenging duplicated or non-standard solutions
- Practical understanding of how approved AI, data and automation capabilities can improve infrastructure operations and services
- Strong people and change leadership across diverse, distributed and multicultural teams, including leadership through influence across organizational boundaries
- Commercial and portfolio discipline across investment prioritization, budgeting, capacity, vendors, contracts and benefits realization
- Excellent executive and technical communication skills in English,



relevant regional language capability is advantageous, together with willingness to engage regularly across countries and sites
- A degree in computer science, engineering, business technology or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience, relevant certifications are welcome

The team connects regional business needs with globally owned infrastructure products and services, while enabling strong local execution. We work across organizational boundaries to improve infrastructure adoption, service quality, operational stability, user experience, governance and measurable business value. This role operates as an integrator, not a parallel local technology organization.
