Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading the HR function and aligning people strategy with business goals. This role oversees HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. The Head of HR will develop and maintain HR frameworks, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, managing employee relations, handling conflict resolution, and driving engagement and retention initiatives. The role also involves building HR processes and systems, mentoring HR team members,



and supporting organizational change and growth.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions or teams.
- Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies, ensuring compliant and ethical HR practices.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
- Proven ability in strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in building HR processes in growing organizations, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exposure to change management, diversity and inclusion practices, and HR technology tools is highly beneficial.
