Role Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR leader to lead Plant HR & Administration and partner closely with the Plant Head in driving a productive, engaged, compliant and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Plant HR strategy and act as a strategic HR partner to the Plant Head.
- Drive Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations (ER), including grievance handling, disciplinary matters and employee disputes.
- Lead manpower planning, talent acquisition, workforce deployment and retention across employees, workmen, apprentices and trainees.
- Ensure labour law, factory and statutory compliance, including audit readiness and closure of observations.
- Manage contract labour, contractor compliance, licensing and workforce governance.
- Drive effective onboarding, induction and employee assimilation.
- Implement Performance Management and support talent development initiatives.
- Identify capability gaps and drive technical & behavioural learning programs,



especially for supervisors and first-line managers.
- Lead employee engagement, communication, Rewards & Recognition and employee welfare initiatives.
- Monitor manpower productivity, absenteeism, overtime and manpower costs and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Oversee Plant Administration & Facilities, including transport, canteen, housekeeping and employee amenities.

What We’re Looking For

- Senior HR professional with solid experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Strong expertise in Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Employee Relations and Contract Labour Management.
- Hands-on, energetic leader with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with workmen, supervisors and plant leadership.
- Strong business orientation with a focus on productivity, people capability and employee engagement.
