Role Description The Head of Human Resources at House Construct will lead the overall HR function, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing compliance with labor and employment regulations, and fostering a fair, inclusive workplace culture.

The role includes managing employee relations, guiding leadership on HR best practices, and supporting organizational development initiatives such as training, succession planning, and change management. The Head of Human Resources will also collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals,



monitor HR metrics, and continuously improve HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR teams and functions.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies, including experience ensuring legal compliance and consistent policy implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and building trust across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; skilled HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in construction, real estate, or a similar project-based industry is beneficial.
