Key Responsibilities
- M&A; & Change Management: Lead HR integration workflows during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless cultural alignment and talent transition.
- Retention & Talent Strategy: Design and execute data-driven retention frameworks tailored for high-turnover consulting environments.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion a high-performance,
inclusive culture that elevates employee exposure and professional development.
- Recruitment & Delivery: Scale recruitment pipelines to attract and hire top-tier consulting talent efficiently.
- Full-Function HR Oversight: Manage everyday HR operations, including compliance, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in the professional services or consulting sectors.
- M&A; Expertise: Direct experience managing HR workstreams through corporate integrations or rapid scaling phases.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, exceptional stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to talent management.
