? We’re Hiring | Head of Finance

We are looking for an experienced Finance Leader to lead the end-to-end finance function and drive financial governance, reporting, compliance, and strategic business partnering.

This is a senior leadership role for a Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience, robust multinational exposure, and hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in line with IFRS/Ind-AS

• Drive month-end close, MIS, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and variance analysis

• Prepare and present structured reporting packs for global stakeholders

• Oversee consolidation, revenue analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning

• Lead statutory, internal, and group audits

• Oversee direct & indirect taxation and regulatory compliance

• Manage finance processes and controls through SAP FI/CO

• Partner with business and leadership teams on financial performance, risks, and opportunities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

• Collaborate with global/group finance teams to ensure seamless reporting and governance

? What We’re Looking For





✅ Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

✅ 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

✅ Strong multinational / global stakeholder exposure

✅ Hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO – Mandatory

✅ Strong financial reporting, audit, taxation, and compliance experience

✅ Experience in revenue modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
