About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance & Accounts to lead and manage our Finance & Accounts function. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Accounts team, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, timely reporting, cash-flow management, and strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
- Oversee accounting, payables, receivables, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting and working capital.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate audits, banking and taxation matters.
- Establish clear processes and controls for payments, reimbursements and expenses.
- Identify financial/process bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide accurate financial reports and insights to Management.




- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Operations, HR and other departments on financial matters.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably with experience leading a Finance/Accounts team.
- CA/CMA/M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance and financial controls.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in EPC / Solar / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure will be an advantage.
