Role Description The Head of Finance and Accounting (CA/CMA) will oversee all financial operations and accounting activities for Tabsons India in an in office capacity based in Gurugram.

This full-time role includes leading the preparation and review of financial statements, fund management, working capital, P&L;, Costing, GST/Taxation, project finances, auditing and ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with applicable standards and regulations

. The position involves developing budgets, monitoring variances, optimizing cash flow, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.



The Head of Finance and Accounting will establish and maintain robust internal controls, manage audits, coordinate with external stakeholders such as banks and advisors, and guide a finance team towards operational excellence.

Daily responsibilities also include partnering with management to support business planning, cost optimization, and compliance with tax and statutory requirements.

Required Qualification

- BTech fresher with strong interest in Finance/Costing or CA Final /CMA Final Qualified .
- Exposure experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong foundational knowledge in Finance with the ability to oversee end-to-end financial management and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements , ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and management reporting.
- Expertise in Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, assessing risks, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the media, technology, or energy sectors.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software, along with strong Excel skills.
