Role Description The Head of Ferro Alloys Plant is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Dhenkanal, responsible for end-to-end management of plant operations. This role oversees production planning, resource allocation, and daily operational efficiency to meet volume, quality, and safety targets.

Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality control processes, ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves managing plant budgets, optimizing costs,



coordinating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring plant personnel to build a high-performance culture. The Head of Ferro Alloys Plant is expected to provide strategic direction, resolve operational issues promptly, and support senior management with performance reports and operational insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Operations and Production Management to oversee end-to-end ferro alloys plant activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Budgeting to manage capacity, resources, and cost efficiency.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to maintain product standards, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Relevant engineering degree (preferably in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) from an accredited institution.
- Significant experience leading large-scale industrial or ferro alloys operations, with proven team management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of safety, environmental, and statutory regulations applicable to heavy industry and process plants.
- Ability to analyze operational data, implement improvement projects, and use ERP or similar systems for production and cost tracking.
