About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Head of D2C Growth & Performance who can take complete ownership of our website growth and performance marketing.

The mandate is simple: reduce CAC, improve conversion, and aggressively scale the website business.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Own the complete D2C growth strategy across performance marketing, website conversion, customer acquisition and retention.
- Reduce CAC while maintaining healthy ROAS and improving overall marketing efficiency.
- Increase website conversion rate from 1.5% to 3% through continuous optimization of the website, landing pages, offers, checkout journey and customer experience.
- Scale monthly website revenue from approximately ₹20 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+.
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta,



Google and other relevant performance channels.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and continuously test recent audiences, creatives, offers and campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative, content and product teams to build high-converting campaigns and creatives.
- Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
- Drive A/B testing and CRO initiatives across the website.
- Build strategies for repeat purchases, retention and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Track and report key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV, revenue and contribution margins.
- Take ownership of the numbers and deliver measurable month-on-month growth.

We are not looking for someone who simply manages campaigns. We are looking for someone who can own the number, identify what is stopping growth, and build the strategy to take the business from ₹20L to ₹1Cr+ per month.
